Chat is not turned on for this site yet. If you’re the operator, sign in to First Wave Logic, open Sites → Site settings, click the Guest chat tab, turn on “Show chat on booking pages”, then click Save at the bottom of the page.

This page uses your public site number in the URL (same as the WooCommerce / connector Site ID)—not necessarily the internal database id.
